Quality Assurance and Control Manager - Aviation Partnership (A+)
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/Colle£e
Degree • Professional license (Passed
Board/Bar/Professional license Exam). Airline
Operation/Airport Management, Engineering
(Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the relate·j field
is 1e4UileU [UI !lois fJUSil iUII.
Preferably Assistant Manager I Managers specializing in
Aviation/Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
QUALIFICATIONS I SKILLS:
• Bachelor Degree in Aviation/Aerospace related courses
• Must have a valid and appropriate CAAP or PRC license
• Candidate must have good technical writing and
communication skills.
• Preferably with training on Internal Quality Assurance. lead
auditor/assessor course training is an advantage.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure that airworthiness technical inquiries are performed as
applicable.
2. Ensure conduct of all audits and surveillances by the QLality
Assurance Engineers and Quality Control Inspectors.
3. Audit of the implemented positive actions resulting from the
investigation of mechanical irregularities, accidents and
incidents pertaining to customer's aircraft and associated
equipment serviced by the APPC to prevent recurrence of such
incidents.
4. Ensure company compliance to established standards,
Regulatory Memoranda, and customer requirements as stated in
their approved manual.
5. Ensure that the company is prepared for external audits and
that the organization annual audit plan is adhered to.
6. Ensure that maintenance operations surveillance is
conducted.
7. Quality Reports are regularly submitted on time as well as
scheduled.
8. Present to Management quality issues that need to be
addressed immediately and ensure that acceptable compliance
to customer and authority findings are on-time.
9. liaise with customer representatives, regulatory authoribes.
and other personalities that have concerns on Quality related
issues.
10. Establish a training schedule that will assure all quality
engineers are adequately trained in the functions they perform.
11. Keep current with industry and aircraft developments as they
pertain to a new aircraft or improved inspection techniques and
maintenance practice.
12. Perform other duties that the Director - Quality Assurance
and Control may direct.

• Supervise day to day functionS/activities or Flight Safety Officer
and Ground Safety Officer
· Attend/participate In meetings with other Departments.
agencies and organizations relative to airport ground operations
and occupational safety and health issues:
• Handle concerns regarding ramp operations issues:
• Conduct ramp operations aud1t and routine inspections of the
airport airside area to identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts
within the operations

• Transmit to concerned Department details related to flight
operations that need to be acted upon
• Conducts investigation of flight related incidents and
occurrences.
• Supervise the day to day activities of the Flight Data
Monitoring Worl<ing Group
• Operate and maintain a Flight Data Momtoring Program
• Perform analysis or nights and identify associated risks in order
to recommend proactive measures to manage nsl<s to night
safety
• Accountable for the safety of their employees (fat1gue and
personal safety on company business) and for decisions ttat
might affect the operation tnd1rect1y
• Coordinate with authOrities other airlines and aircran
manufacturers in addressing night related safety issues that may
arise.
• Conducts safety awareness seminars to enhance fiight safety
within the fiight line.
Qualifications:
• College graduate
• Engineering Degree in Aviation is preferred
• With experience on Airport Ground Operations
• Broad aviation and technical education; Trained in the aircraft
the company operates
• With airline fiying experience and rated on type of aircraft the
company is operating

Aircraft Maintenance Safety Officer - PAL Express
Job Summary:
The Aircraft Maintenance Safety OHicer (AMSO) provide
technical assistance In the Identification and appraisal of lossproducing
conditions and practices In aircraft ground hand ing,
maintenance and engineering In accordance with existing
standards, develops specific accident prevention procedures,
communicates safety and loss control standards and measures
the safety performance of Company's MRO service providers.
Qualifications:
Education
§ Graduate of any Engineering degree.
§ Completed ground engineers course and related courses;
§ Completed basic occupational safety and related courses in
industrial and ground alr11ne operations
Experience
§At least five (05) years expenence as licensed Aircraft
Mechanic or Aircraft Technical Specialist
§ Experience in any aspect of the airline fi1ght. industnal ard
ground operations Is preferred but not required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
§Familiar with Industrial and Ground safety rules. procedu·es,
regulations and standards partiCUlarly in aircraft maintenarce,
repair, overhaul and ground handling operations:
§ Must be familiar and able to Identify unsafe condition anc
practices in the operation of all the facilities in Philippine Airlines
including apron/runway/taxi way of the airport.
§ Knowledgeable In Microsoft Word/Excel/Access and
PowerPoint.
§ l<nowledgeable In using the Avle~tion Quality Database.
§ Must have professional driver's license.

Safety Analyst - Cebu Pacific
SAFETY ANALYST
(National Capital Reg)
Responsibilities: (National Capital Reg)
- Responsible in arranging the requirements of the company's ERP team including conduction of regular table top exercise
- Maintains and updates the company ERP manual, emergency directory and desitnation airports emergency plan
- Conducts ERP training to company's personnel and third party service providers
- Maintains contact and close coordination with various government agencies and OAL involve on emergency response planning
- Conducts safety inspection of company facilities, equipment and new destination airports
- Conducts incident/accident investigation
- Represent the company in various ERP related events
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Engineering or any Aviation related course
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferrably with experience in Airline Operations and Emergency Management
- Must have good analytical and communication skills
- Must be computer literate
- Can handle pressure and can work with minimum supervision
