Job Summary

• To conduct quality audits on the maintenance provider

and sub-contractor doing maintenance and inspection of

PAL aircraft, engines, components and appliances.

Performs audit of the tools, test equipment, facllltles,

aircraft manuals and quallftcatlons of maintenance

personnel to ensure adherence to quality standards

established by the Grvt.1 and other applicable PAL

manuals and Aviation AuUiority requirements. To evaluate

oorrective/preventive actions to the audit findings.

• To perform audits on PAL offices involved in the

maintenance and engineering

• To evaluate capability of foreign airlines/line station

handling companies and foreign repair/overhaul entitiBS

servicing PAL aircraft, engines and component.

• To perform periodic audlt/lnspecUons of PAL domestic

and contracted International refueling stations and fuel

supplier bulk plants and rnto-Plane operators to ensure

the quality of fuel conforms to the company and lndus1ry

standards.

• To participate in the investigation of mechanic

irregularities or incidents pertaining to company airaaft

and associated equipment, as required.

Collage graduate of any four-year course or preferably

BS Engineering Courses (Aeronautical I

Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)

Must have at least four (4) years w,rk mcperienoe in the

airline industry preferably as a Senior Aircraft

maintenance engineer I technician;

Job Summary 

To manage the Quality Assurance program (maintenance and operations) implementation in the
organization; To manage the continuous surveillance process (maintenance and operations) in the
organization; To prepare the annual audit plan; To manage the investigation and root cause analysis of
events disclosed to the Aviation Authority
Qualifications
• Graduate of any related engineering degree i.e. Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical or other
studies relevant to the maintenance of aircraft/component; Aviation Maintenance Technician license
holder
• At least three years experience in maintaining the same category and class of aircraft used by
PAL express including one year in the capacity of returning to service

Safety Analyst - Cebu Pacific

SAFETY ANALYST
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible in arranging the requirements of the company's ERP team including conduction of regular table top exercise
• Maintains and updates the company ERP manual, emergency directory and desitnation airports emergency plan
• Conducts ERP training to company's personnel and third party service providers
• Maintains contact and close coordination with various government agencies and OAL involve on emergency response planning
• Conducts safety inspection of company facilities, equipment and new destination airports
• Conducts incident/accident investigation
• Represent the company in various ERP related events

Requirements: 

• Candidate must be a graduate of Engineering or any Aviation related course
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferrably with experience in Airline Operations and Emergency Management
• Must have good analytical and communication skills
• Must be computer literate
• Can handle pressure and can work with minimum supervision
