Aircraft Technician - Emirates Group (Manila)

Job Purpose


  • To carry out inspection, maintenance, repair, refurbishment and modifications on all EK aircrafts in accordance with the approved company procedures published in the EPM.
  • To replace damaged or defective parts and components where required.
  • Responsible for maintenance and serviceability of tools and equipment.
  • Completes thorough maintenance on transit checks.
  • Carries out refuelling, wheel change, modifications.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Should have completed an approved/ recognised apprenticeship on aircraft maintenance or formal training from an approved organisation
  • Must have minimum 7 years aviation experience, out of which 4 years should be in Aircraft maintenance.
  • Must have thorough knowledge on technical skills, A/C systems, general servicing inspection techniques and safety practices.
  • Must be fluent in English.
Must have the right to work and live in Manila. The company will not provide or assist with obtaining work permits.

Aircraft Officer - PAL Express



JOB DESCRIPTION

To support in proactively managing PAL's aircraft portfolio
(starting from the aircraft's delivery up to its exit) in order to:
- minimize the cost and turn-around-lime during leased aircraft
redeliveries and aircraft sales
- ensure that the PAL owned aircraft's maximum value is
retained (as practicable and cost-effective as possible) until its
disposal

QUALIFICATIONS


EDUCATION
• A graduate of an engineering course with good scholastic
records

EXPERIENCE
• Fresh graduates are acceptable, but experience in
aircraft maintenance is an advantage

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Should be computer literate. Adept with various software
used in report preparation and presentation
• Must have analytical sKills
• Must possess effective oral and written communication
sKills
• Should have project management sKills
• Should have problem solving and decision-maKing skills
• Good People SKills
• Ability to worK as part of a team but also the ability to worK
by themselves where necessary
• Be prepared to travel often at short notice and for
extended periods of time
