• To conduct quality audits on the maintenance provider

    • Ensures safe dispatch of the flight by checking the aircaft status,weather updates and weight and balance of the aircraft prior to flight release.
    • Responsible for determining the fuel on board the aircraft required to complete the flight for maximum utilization of the aircraft ‘s payload.
    • Responsible for flight following and monitoring of the flight en-route for possible significant weather disturbances.
    • Responsible for ensuring that any important information pertaining to flight safety be relayed to concerned units especially outstation ground handlers who are in direct participation in the conduct of the flight.
    • Performs crew briefing for weather info, flight plans and notices to airmen concerning flight origins and destinations,e.g. airport closures, work in progress closed runways and taxiways and airports with operations limitations.
    • Resposibles for overseeing the correct weight and balance of the flight for safe dispatch and ensure that proper loading is being obsserved on yhe ramp through the Ramp Agents.
    • Responsible for filing an ATC clearance in FOBS or any flight service station.
    • Assists the operation manager for monitoring of day to day operations nationwide.
    • Conducts Flight Watch /Flight Following of every flight for the day and response to every query and information’s relayed by the Flight Crew on flight and gives instructions for emergency situations reported during flights.

    • Ensures that all cargoes and baggage’s are manifest and has been checked, declared and classified whether dangerous or non dangerous in accordance with the Dangerous Goods Regulations and Classifications.

    • Primary responsible in updating the flight Monitoring System online to ensure that top management and other concerned units within the company be able to monitor progress of the flights from time to time.
    • Ensures that passenger manifest,load manifest and cargo planning arew in well organized and meet the flight requirements prior to every departure of each scheduled flight in accordance with the Civil Air Regulations and Air Transportation Regulations.
    • Ensures that all cargoes and baggage’s are manifest and has been checked, declared and classified whether dangerous or non dangerous in accordance with the Dangerous Goods Regulations and Classifications.
    • Assists in coordinating with Revenue Management Department,Aircrew and Flight schedulers and KingAir FBO for every revision of flight schedules.

    Instruct Personnel

    • Determines appropriate methods of instructions considering the size of the group and subject matter.
    • Instructs students by lectures, discussions, demonstrations, group activities, and laboratory exercises.
    • Instruct personnel in airline related academic subjects.
    • Demonstrates subject principles and applications to students using audio-visual aids such as mock-ups, graphs, training films, and film strips.
    • Evaluates progress of students using such aids as achievement and aptitude tests and rating scales;
    • Diagnoses individual learning difficulties and recommends courses of remedial instructions.
    • Monitor, evaluate and recommend the effects of controlling factors such as temperature, ventilation, lighting, cleanliness, desk arrangements, and equipment against achieving the student’s desired learning outcome.
    • Maintain attendance records and requisitions supplies.
    • Briefs students on safety precautions associated with equipment and facilities used.
    • Conducts instructors training programs by demonstrating effective teaching method, reviewing lesson plans, and conducting professional instructors training seminars.

    Organize and Prepare Instructional Materials

    • Studies objectives of formal training.
    • Develops course syllabi, training project outlines and daily and weekly lesson plans.
    • Prepares assignments, laboratory exercises, demonstrations, training aids, and preferences and related materials required to parallel and supplemental course outline.
    • Organizes mental and physical conditioning program.

    Implement the Training Program

    • Confers with the Chief Pilot-Training, and other training staff officers regarding changes in subjects, project training outlines, general progress of class/students, disciplinary problems, entrance requirements, examination procedures and test, school/academic records, and related subjects.
    • Coordinates with appropriate offices to develop training aids.
    • Advice the Chief Pilot-Training and staff officers on matters such as revision of course curriculum, preparation of training manuals, test constructions, and improvement of instructional materials as required by the regulatory body.
    Requirements:
