All year round, Airline Companies and Maintenance Organizations are in need of On-the-Job trainees.

Just visit their offices and drop your resumes at the HR Department or on the Guard on Duty.

Philippine Airlines Student Training Program


Philippine Airlines, in its effort to contribute to the development of the youth by honing the skills they will find useful for future employment, shall accommodate students who are required to undergo office training as a prerequisite for graduation under a Student Training Program.


How to Apply

Graduating college students, who are required to complete office practicum as a prerequisite for graduation, may apply at the Talent Acquisition, Management & Retention Division, Human Resources Department of Philippine Airlines with the following documents:

  • Resume with photo
  • Recommendation Letter from the school which indicates the number of training hours required, and certifies that the training is a requirement of the student's course.

Accepted students shall be given appropriate briefing and orientation schedule prior to the start of training.

    Im omar abou zein from lebanon. I studied B1 part 147 aviation maintenance engineer in fujairah aviation academy in UAE which is approved by the GCAA and EASA. I completed all the modules of that course .
