• Preferably with at least 1 year of worKing experience in a
related field
• Must have advanced MS Office sKills
• Must have excellent interpersonal sKills and able to worK
in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to maintain the strictest confidentiality and
has disciplined follow-up sKills
• Candidate must have Keen attention to details, can do
multi-tasKing and flexible in handling assignments
Job Overview:
• Assist the Chief Pilot - Training and his assisstants with all
their memoranda, update their weeKly and daily
schedules, and Keep them informed of all the important
details that they should Know regarding their areas of
responsibility.
• Arrange the ground school requirements of the pilots (e.g.
instructor, classroom, training materials)
• Accept pilot application forms and encode/update the
database.
• MaKe a summary of interviews conducted and appro-ied
by the Chief Pilot - Training.
• Coordinate with pilot applicants their Simulator Evaluation
or Technical Interview schedule and inform them
occuruinyly ur lire slolus ur Ureir "~~licoliur r.
• Inform People Department of the applicats who passed
the Simulator Evaluation for the submission of preemployment
requirements.
• MaKe a summary/list of applicants for Initial Training and
submit to Records Administrator and Crew Planners for
records and scheduling purposes.
• Coordinate and set up examination and interview for pilots
who are due for upgrade.
• Issue Crew Irregularity Report to pilots who missed their
training.
• Distribute training syllabus and COs to the pilots.
• Coordinate with Technical Publication and request the
training COs/Kit of the local hired pilots.
• Update the training bulletin folder at the dispatch.
• Prepare Training Agreements for newly hired pilots.
• Prepare Ground School Training schedule every month
