Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining and updating operations related manuals/publications/PC laptops and ensuring that all crew and aircraft which are dispatched for flight are equipped with updated and complete documents.
- Incorporate revision to aeronautical publications and manuals obtained from sources and ensureposting of all published revision.

Responsibilities:
- Ensures safe dispatch of the flight by checking the aircaft status,weather updates and weight and balance of the aircraft prior to flight release.
- Responsible for determining the fuel on board the aircraft required to complete the flight for maximum utilization of the aircraft ‘s payload.
- Responsible for flight following and monitoring of the flight en-route for possible significant weather disturbances.
- Responsible for ensuring that any important information pertaining to flight safety be relayed to concerned units especially outstation ground handlers who are in direct participation in the conduct of the flight.
- Performs crew briefing for weather info, flight plans and notices to airmen concerning flight origins and destinations,e.g. airport closures, work in progress closed runways and taxiways and airports with operations limitations.
- Resposibles for overseeing the correct weight and balance of the flight for safe dispatch and ensure that proper loading is being obsserved on yhe ramp through the Ramp Agents.
- Responsible for filing an ATC clearance in FOBS or any flight service station.
- Assists the operation manager for monitoring of day to day operations nationwide.
- Conducts Flight Watch /Flight Following of every flight for the day and response to every query and information’s relayed by the Flight Crew on flight and gives instructions for emergency situations reported during flights.
- Primary responsible in updating the flight Monitoring System online to ensure that top management and other concerned units within the company be able to monitor progress of the flights from time to time.
- Ensures that passenger manifest,load manifest and cargo planning arew in well organized and meet the flight requirements prior to every departure of each scheduled flight in accordance with the Civil Air Regulations and Air Transportation Regulations.
- Ensures that all cargoes and baggage’s are manifest and has been checked, declared and classified whether dangerous or non dangerous in accordance with the Dangerous Goods Regulations and Classifications.
- Assists in coordinating with Revenue Management Department,Aircrew and Flight schedulers and KingAir FBO for every revision of flight schedules.
